A Remodeling Commitment...

Our commitment is to develop a living space consistent with your vision, and functional needs along with the needs of your family. This process will be directed by you, in partnership with our team.  We have a three phase process: discovery, design and construction.

During the Dream Phase…
…we typically begin with a discovery consultation. The objective is to evaluate your needs as a family with a view toward maintenance, functionality and quality of life. We will help you conceptualize your desires while bringing to the table a host of ideas and new technologies that may make the improbable possible and the costly affordable.  The culmination of this step is a rough floor plan with specific design and functional needs.

During the Design Phase…

…we work with the floor plan and make it three-dimensional, going through the myriad of details that are necessary to make your new living space functional, maintainable and affordable.  We'll communicate regularly, reviewing our findings and decisions to ensure your needs are being met and changes due to cost or structural constraints are clearly decided.

During the Build Phase…

…your project comes to life. Your project team will work in partnership with multiple subcontractors to deliver your customized design with minimal impact to your home and lifestyle. We'll keep you appraised of progress every step of the way - no surprises or extended deadlines.

Technology Integration

We can help you plan for whole house networks, cable TV, whole house stereo, intercom systems, security cameras, security systems and monitoring. We ensure that your existing heating, air and security systems are taken into account with any remodeling or renovation project.
